Toy Locker ("Toy Locker," "we," "us," or "our") operates a self-storage facility for recreational vehicles (RVs) and boats located in Cape Coral, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, tour our facility, apply for or rent a storage unit, use our access control systems, or otherwise interact with us. By using our website, visiting our facility, or becoming a Toy Locker customer, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of our services, and through the third-party service providers we use to operate our business.1.1 Information You Provide to Us
When you inquire about, apply for, or rent a storage unit, we may collect:
• Contact information: name, mailing address, email address, phone number
• Account and rental information: unit size/type, lease terms, vehicle/boat make, model, VIN and/or registration number, insurance information
• Billing and payment information: billing address, payment card details, bank account information (collected through our storage management platform, Storeganise, and processed securely by our payment gateway, Stripe)
• Identification information: driver's license or other government-issued ID, as required for lease agreements
• Emergency contact information
• Access credentials: gate codes, mobile app login information, or other credentials issued for facility access
• Communications: information you provide when you call, email, chat, or otherwise contact us
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Website usage data. We use HubSpot to manage our website forms, email marketing, and customer relationship data. When you visit our website or submit a form (such as a quote request or contact form), HubSpot may collect:
• IP address, browser type, device information
• Pages visited, time on site, referring/exit pages
• Cookie identifiers and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4)
• Information you submit through forms (name, email, phone number, inquiry details)
Facility access data. We use Noke smart access control systems to manage entry to our facility and individual storage areas. This system may collect:
• Gate and unit access logs (date, time, and location of entry/exit)
• Access credential data (assigned codes, mobile app or key fob identifiers)
• Device information associated with the Noke mobile app, if you use it to access the facility
Phone and communications data. We use Nextiva as our business phone system. When you call us, Nextiva may collect or generate:
• Caller phone number and call metadata (date, time, duration)
• Call recordings, if calls are recorded for quality assurance or training purposes (where legally permitted and disclosed)
• Voicemail recordings and transcriptions
1.3 Video Surveillance
Like most self-storage facilities, Toy Locker uses on-site video surveillance (CCTV) for security purposes. Footage may capture images of individuals, vehicles, and boats on the property. This footage is used solely for security, safety, and loss-prevention purposes.

These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when required by law, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or law enforcement request, or when necessary to protect the safety, property, or rights of Toy Locker, our customers, or the public — including in connection with lien sales, auctions, or collections on delinquent accounts as permitted under Florida self-storage law.
Business transfers. If Toy Locker is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Mobile information and text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, primarily through HubSpot, to:

Marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any HubSpot-delivered email, or by contacting us directly. Note that you may still receive non-marketing communications related to your account (billing notices, gate code changes, facility announcements).
Access and correction. You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the information in Section 10.
Access credentials. If you believe your gate code, access card, or mobile credential has been compromised, contact us immediately so we can reissue or revoke it through our Noke system.
Do Not Call. If you no longer wish to receive marketing calls, let us know and we will update your preferences in our systems.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will honor valid requests as required by law.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including:
• Encrypted payment processing through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment gateway
• Access-controlled, auditable entry systems through Noke
• Restricted employee access to customer records on a need-to-know basis
• Secure handling of call and communication data through Nextiva
• No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us or stored in our systems.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older who are entering into a storage lease agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website or communications may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Storeganise, Noke, HubSpot, Nextiva, and Stripe account portals). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
