What types of storage units does Toy Locker offer?

Toy Locker provides all-enclosed indoor storage units for RVs, boats, vehicles and other items, keeping them safe from the elements.

Do you require insurance?

Yes, all tenants are automatically enrolled in our insurance coverage upon move-in. However, if you have your own policy, simply provide proof of insurance during the move-in process or within 7 days from your move-in date and we'll refund you the cost of the coverage.

Can I pay my storage bill online?

Yes! Your storage bill is automatically charged monthly to your card or bank account (ACH) on file — no manual payments needed. You can update your payment method anytime through your account settings.

Do i have to pay deposit?

We do not charge a security deposit; however, there is a one-time administration fee of $20 (subject to change).

How secure is the facility?

Your peace of mind is our priority. We've built a multi-layered security system so your properties is protected around the clock:

Smart lock access via Noke. Every unit and the facility gate is secured with a Noke smart lock. The only way to open your unit or enter the property is through your smartphone, so there are no keys to lose or codes to share. Access is tied directly to your account.

Gated entry. The facility entrance is Noke-controlled, meaning only active tenants can enter. No drive-through access, no tailgating, and every entry is logged and authenticated.

24-hour video surveillance. Our cameras monitor the entire property continuously, giving us a complete record of all activity day and night. Alarm system. Individual unit alarms provide an additional layer of protection, alerting us to any unauthorized access attempts. Together, these systems ensure that only you can access your unit and that the facility is monitored and protected at all times.

What payment methods do you accept?

I booked a unit. How do I know where it is?

Once you've reserved a unit and made an account, you can view the sitemap of the location you selected and see exactly where your unit is before you arrive. You can find this in your profile under 'Your units' or once you're inside the facility, simply use the Noke app's Smart Unit Locator — just tap the button in the app and your unit will emit an audible alert so you can find it right away. An LED indicator will also confirm whether your unit is locked or unlocked.

Do you provide locks, or do I need to bring my own?

All of our units are secured with Noke smart locks, which are included with your rental. No need to bring your own lock. Once you're set up as a tenant, you'll manage your lock access directly from your smartphone.

What is Salty Life Foundation's mission and why are we donating?

The Salty Life Foundation is a nonprofit whose mission is “to inspire & equip underprivileged children with access to quality education, empowering them to break cycles of poverty and uplift their families.”
We believe in strong foundations - for boats and RVs, and for children’s futures. Partnering with Salty Life allows our rental community to do good together, and helps ensure that a portion of every dollar you spend goes toward educational access and breaking the cycle of poverty.

Is there power available for my stored vehicle?

Yes, units in building B have 110V and units in buildings C and D have 30AMP power hookups to keep your vehicles ready for your next adventure. We have an $18/month access fee for power outlets plus your monthly actual usage. Units in building A do not have power.

Are the units climate-controlled?

No, Toylocker units are not climate controlled.
